* Die capricorn COMPOSITE GmbH garantiert für den Zeitraum vom 01.01.2024 bis 31.12.2024 jedem neuen Mitarbeiter (m/w/d), der einen Arbeitsvertrag als Produktionshelfer (m/w/d) mit der capricorn Composite GmbH abschließt, eine Startprämie von 1.000,- € brutto, wenn das Arbeitsverhältnis länger als 6 Monate andauert. Die Startprämie wird nach dem 6. Monate der Betriebszugehörigkeit mit dem Gehalt als Bruttobetrag ausgezahlt.

Die Kernkompetenz der capricorn AUTOMOTIVE, mit ihrer Produktionsstätte in Mönchengladbach, ist die Entwicklung, Produktion und der Werkzeugbau von CNC gefertigten Komponenten aus Leichtmetallen wie z.B. Aluminium, Magnesium und Titan sowie die Entwicklung und Herstellung von Pleuel. Durch unseren hochmodernen Maschinenpark für Bauteilfertigung, Prüfstände und Qualitätskontrolle bieten wir unseren Kunden das Höchstmaß an Qualität.

Die capricorn WORKS, mit der Produktionsstätte in Mönchengladbach, bildet den Ursprung der Gesellschaft und zeichnet sich aus durch vielfältige Dienstleistungen für den Motorsport, Oldtimer und das moderne Automobil, angepasst an die individuellen Anforderungen der Kunden. The starting premium is paid after the 6th month of service with the salary as a gross amount.
